We are pleased to offer reduced room rates at four hotels either adjacent to or within easy walking distance of the Durham Convention Center (301 W. Marriott — SOLD OUT!
The Durham Marriott City Center (201 Foster St.) is connected to the Durham Convention Center. It combines comfort with cosmopolitan style and city views.
The Durham Hotel – SOLD OUT!
The Durham Hotel (315 E. Chapel Hill St.) is located across the street from the Durham Convention Center. Close and chic, it's an independently-owned, mid-century modern hotel. Take in spectacular panoramic views of the city on the rooftop lounge while enjoying seasonal cocktails or local craft beer. Their menu features many locally-sourced ingredients.
Aloft Downtown Durham (345 Blackwell St.) is located .5 miles away (a 10-minute walk) from the Durham Convention Center. It lies at the edge of Durham’s historic American Tobacco Campus and adjacent to the Durham Performing Arts Center. Its loft-inspired rooms, swanky bar and lounge, Re:fuel store, and 24-hour gym are sure to please.
Room rates for single and double occupancy are $169 (plus 13.5% local and state tax and, if applicable, a $10 nightly parking fee per vehicle). The cutoff date for the conference rate is Saturday, September 25.

Residence Inn Durham McPherson/Duke University Medical Center Area (1108 W. Main St.) is located .6 miles away (a 13-minute walk) from the Durham Convention Center. This is the cheapest hotel, because parking is free and it offers a complimentary breakfast buffet, but it's also the farthest away.
Room rates for single and double occupancy are $159 (plus 13.5% local and state tax; parking is free). The cutoff date for the conference rate is Saturday, September 25.
