Southeastern Archaeological Conference
Join us as SEAC returns to Birmingham, Alabama, the city that hosted our 2nd (1938) and 3rd (1939) annual conferences! Catch up with colleagues, share your work, and enjoy everything the city has to offer, such as the McWane Science Center (location of Thursday evening reception), Sloss Furnaces National Historic Landmark, multiple Civil Rights sites, and a vibrant downtown restaurant, bar, and brewery scene. Since no SEAC in Birmingham would be complete without a visit to Moundville, on Saturday afternoon there will be an excursion to the park for and an early dinner. See you in “the Magic City!”
