Position – Lecturer of Biological Anthropology, University of Tennessee, Chattanooga

The Department of Social, Cultural, and Justice Studies at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga College of Arts & Sciences invites applications for a lecturer in biological anthropology to begin in August 2022. They seek a forensic anthropologist to teach sections of introductory biological anthropology, forensic anthropology, bioarchaeology, and upper-level undergraduate courses based on the candidate’s area of specialization. The selected candidate will teach a 4/4 load (with the possibility of additional summer courses). This is a permanent, full-time position which can be renewed annually. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to partner with interdisciplinary programs across campus and be a part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary department.
