2008 SEAC Meeting

Symposium Submission

If you want to submit individually volunteered papers, please use the Paper/Poster form

The deadline for submitting abstracts for symposia is August 29, 2008

All participants must be registered to present at the annual SEAC meeting; please be sure that all participants complete the on-line Registration form.

Please limit your symposium to one half-day session. There are 12 20-minute time slots in a session, so the total participants AND discussants should be no more than 12. If you would like to include a break, please limit the total to 11. If you have more than 12 participants and discussants combined then please divide your symposium into two sessions and submit two forms. We recommend pre-submission consultation with the Program Chairs, Margaret Scarry and John Scarry (SEAC2008@gmail.com; 919-962-3841)

Digital projector, screen, and pointer will be provided in each room. Any additional audio-visual needs (such as a carousel slide projector) must be requested prior to October 1st, 2008.
