Individually Volunteered Paper or Poster

If your paper is part of an organized, please submit the abstract as part of the Symposium form; please use this form for individually volunteered papers/posters.

The deadline for submitting an abstract for a paper or poster is August 29, 2008

All participants must be registered to present at the annual SEAC meeting; please be sure that all participants complete the on-line Registration form.

Digital projector, screen, and pointer will be provided in each room. Any additional audio-visual needs (such as a carousel slide projector) must be requested prior to October 1st, 2008.

Papers are 20 minutes long. Stands for posters are 8 ft x 4 ft.
